Hey, for those of you out there who want to get better at relationship-based and referral-based marketing, it really boils down to four choices. So I thought we’d take a little time and explore the pros and cons of each to put you in the best position to determine what’s next for you. So choice one is you can continue doing the same thing and make no changes. The pro, of course, is that’s comfortable. The con of that, is hope really a strategy and will any result really change? Number two is you can go out and seek training and get training. The pro of that is that can work extremely well if you’re committed to the entire process including building new habits. The con of that is will you actually build those new habits? What type of time will it take? What type of emotional competence will be required to work through and create those new habits to implement the training? The third choice you have is you could develop your own system. The pro is if you have a system that’s working for you, great, continue to use it. The con is really human nature, right? It’s all about can you, will you, actually create that system? Do you even have the skill to do that? And the fourth choice that you have would be to find an existing proven system. The pro of that is somebody else, perhaps with higher expertise, may have built a system that you can just take right off the shelf and use it. The con might be there’s a lot of choices out there that really don’t work and might not work for you, so finding the right system is critical. And what’s most important about that for you, it has to be easy to use, and it has to be easy to implement, and it has to, of course, work. So with that, we are here to help.
