I want to talk to you today about stranger marketing versus relationship marketing. Stranger marketing is what 90% of all businesses do. Things like advertising, shock and approach, put a lot of stuff out there, hope somebody comes back. Relationship marketing is the big missed opportunity. If you know 300 people, for example, they likely know 300 people. That’s 90,000 people that are just one introduction away.
This is more of an assassin’s approach. This is getting very clear on what these people do, how they think, and what they want from your product or service that you’re providing. There’s a lot of ways of doing that but all forms of automation that target a specific group, ideal client, generally work best and referrals are always the way to go if you can.
